Our latest roles:
Results International wishes to grow further its M&A team at a senior level in our healthcare team with a strong focus on execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their corporate finance career in a growing firm.
In the past five years the healthcare team has grown to 4 Partners and MD’s supported by a team of Directors, Managers and Analysts. With an unrivalled position in healthcare services verticals and an ever-deepening strength in pharma product and site divestments, the firm has ambitious plans to take up an even stronger position in its current sectors as well as grow new ones.
The role involves taking full day-to-day responsibility for deals, working with Partners and Analysts to ensure the deal progresses as it should, managing all key stakeholders along the way. There is therefore significant client contact and your interpersonal skills along with technical competence need to be strong.
A key element of working at Results is our ability to enable people to achieve their career goals. We can show you a clear pathway to the next step and we’ll support you to the hilt with development to do that. Promotion here is down to your capability and drive, rather than time served. It’s a great place to work, where people matter and a work life balance is important so if you are unsure that endless long hours for no reason and a stifling environment are right for you this is definitely an opportunity to explore further.
Ideally, you’ll be working in the healthcare markets in corporate finance advisory currently and you’ll be used to managing the whole deal cycle from pitch preparation to close. You may be with an investment bank or a Big 4 firm and seeking a more entrepreneurial environment, where you can make a real mark. You may be at an early stage in your career as a VP and want to take the next step to develop your learning but either way you’ll have a passion for M&A and want to do the very best for your clients as well as your career.
You’ll be both passionate and knowledgeable about healthcare and M&A and be keen to further your career with a serious healthcare team.
Experience & other skills required:
- 6+ years experience in running and driving transactions
- Experience in the healthcare or related sector and a strong desire and interest in developing their career in this sector.
- Ability to provide relevant feedback and advice to VP, EVP, CEO, CFO and board members
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple M&A assignments from start to finish, manage client relationships and build trust with clients and other advisors
- Attention to detail
- Desire to teach and develop analysts and other transaction managers
- Enthusiasm for working with mid-market, owner-operated or VC/PE-backed companies on M&A and fund-raising transactions

One of our current team is heading to our US office so we need to increase our capacity in the London office in our healthcare team. The recent appointment of a new Partner means Results Healthcare is continuing to grow and has exciting plans for the future. We are now recruiting for a talented M & A individual looking for a move to a boutique firm with a unique culture to further their interest and experience in life sciences and healthcare M & A.
Our current team has a blend of career corporate finance and pharmaceutical/science skills and expertise so clients tell us we present a compelling argument to deliver their mandates. With several interesting global projects currently live, you would be straight into execution work with the usual continuing business development work alongside.
The Manager/VP will have strong Healthcare deal execution experience in a corporate finance house or in-house. If this were coupled with a previous scientific or pharma background or qualifications this would be a significant advantage. We would also consider someone with less deal experience, good project management skills and a strong scientific background at Manager level.
You may have followed an early science based career in a commercial environment or come through a more traditional corporate finance analyst route with a desire now to move to a smaller boutique to get more autonomy, hands-on client experience and deal exposure.
We have a unique culture here at Results, both in International and Healthcare; we like to work hard when needed, get home and see our friends and families when not and get out and have fun too. Our culture is very important to us and we make much effort to ensure Results is a great place to work. So, if this sounds appealing, the role plays to your strengths and aspirations, you want a high degree of autonomy (at any level) and to forge the next step in your career please apply directly to us.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Analyst – PhD/Masters level
Have you considered using your passion for and education in life sciences in a business focussed career? If you’ve always found the development of innovation in this sector as interesting from a commercial perspective as from a scientific one then this career opportunity could be of interest to you.
A continuing series of new business wins along with a new Partner this year in our healthcare team means Results Healthcare (part of Results International) is expanding again. As a firm we have grown year on year for the last three years across each of our sectors and life sciences is is fast becoming one of the premier mid-market healthcare advisory firms in London.
With approaching 50 people world-wide and 30 in London alone, clients tell us we are presenting a compelling argument to deliver their mandates. Staffed currently by a range of excellent team members at all levels with strong corporate finance skills and expertise, we have many interesting live projects currently and you would be straight into execution work with the usual continuing business development work alongside.
As an analyst joining our team you would work closely with a Director and Partner in a deal team and be responsible for supporting all elements of the deal process as well as managing significant work streams on your own. With significant client exposure and the need to develop relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external, this role carries a high degree of responsibility towards deal success. The healthcare team has a high degree of global dealflow.
The ideal individual could be a life sciences PhD or studied to Masters level with a strong interest in a commercial career leveraging your academic qualifications. You may have an academic science based education and have moved into accounting and finance but either way you’ll be able to demonstrate a strong interest in both the healthcare and life sciences sector and M & A. You may have some relevant work experience and be looking to make a move into M & A, or be poised to start your M & A career having perhaps completed an internship along the way.
Either way, most important is your demonstrable interest and enthusiasm to learn.
We have a unique culture here at Results, we like to work hard and have fun too. We only work hard when our clients need it and not because we want to impress others in the office. We have a wide range of social activities including our annual ski trip and genuinely enjoy each other’s company with a really relaxed atmosphere at work. So, if this culture sounds appealing, the role plays to your strengths and aspirations, you want a high degree of autonomy and to forge the next step in your career please get in touch with our HR Director via JNewellBrown@resultsig.com this advertisement and send your CV through.
