Richard Latner, Director, Results International (Chair)
Richard joined Results in 2014 after having spent nine years at KPMG across the audit, transaction services and corporate finance functions. Since 2010, Richard has focused on advising clients in the technology and media sectors and has worked on a number of cross-border transactions. His most recent transactions include the disposal of OCSL to Cancom, the sale of e2y to Dimension Data, the disposal of RedPixie to HPE, the sale of Forward3D to The Stagwell Group.
Ila Garner-Patel, Partner, Cormis Partners
Ila co-founded Brand(x), a London based consultancy and communications agency serving the pharmaceutical sector, in 2004. With a unique integrated offering and a diverse client roster of multinational pharma companies and mid sized biotechs she oversaw it’s growth over 6 years to 70 employees. It was sold to IPG in 2007 and Ila left the organisation in 2011 after a successful earnout that saw a doubling of income and employees.
David Poole, Co-Founder & CEO, Symphony Ventures
David Poole co-founded Symphony Ventures – a digital operations consultancy that provides consulting, implementation and managed services to enterprises, focusing on the latest Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation technologies, which has very recently sold to SYKES for £52m. David has 20 years as a corporate executive at CapGemini and Serco and has grown global businesses, built industry leading sales and operations teams, and spearheaded innovation across the industry.
Rob Evans, Founder & Director, The App Business
Rob co-founded The App Business in 2009 which was sold to St Ives PLC in 2016. TAB is now the UK’s leading mobile product development consultancy, employing 170 specialists who help organisations such as Tesco, Visa, Ford, Kingfisher, Unilever and RBS figure out how to use technology to better serve their customers, their staff and improve their businesses.
Tom Wrenn, Partner, ECI Partners
Tom is Head of ECI’s TMT sector team. Since joining ECI in 2006, he has worked with TMT investments including MiQ, IT Lab, Auction Technology Group, Avantia, Kelvin Hughes, CarTrawler, XLN, and CliniSys. He is currently on the board of MiQ, IT Lab, and Auction Technology Group. Previously, he worked at Close Brothers, where he advised a wide range of private equity and corporate clients on acquisitions and disposals. Tom initially trained as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and has a degree in physics from Oxford University.
